Virtual Bus Stop is a community prototype and is provided as-is, without any warranty of any kind. The platform is in active development and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

2. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtual Bus Stop, its operators, and contributors are not liable for any accidents, injuries, disputes, losses, damages, or any other harm arising from rides arranged, accepted, or carried out via this platform. Use of this platform is entirely at your own risk.

3. No Guarantee of Service

We do not guarantee the availability, uptime, accuracy, or reliability of the platform or any information posted on it. Ride posts, seat counts, and user information are provided by community members and have not been verified.

4. User Responsibility

Users assume full responsibility for any rides they arrange, offer, or participate in through this platform. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of others. Always exercise personal judgment before accepting or offering a ride.

5. Disputes Between Users

Any disputes, disagreements, or incidents between users are solely between those users. Virtual Bus Stop is not a party to any ride arrangement and has no obligation to mediate or resolve disputes.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Fiji. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Fiji.
